2 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. sausage, beef or ham
1/2 onion
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Brown meat. In pie pan place meat, onion and cheese. Mix eggs, Bisquick and milk until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
