PIE CRUST MIX 
3 c. unsifted flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. Crisco

Cut Crisco and salt into flour with hand blender until it resembles corn meal. Place in large jar and keep in cabinet for use when needed. Take out the amount needed and sprinkle with ice water, a little at a time. Mix with knife and form a soft ball or dough. Roll out into pie crust.
