SMOKEY CHEESE LOG 
2 c. finely grated Cheddar cheese, (8 oz.)
2 c. finely grated Swiss cheese, (8 oz.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
2 or 3 drops hot pepper sauce

In medium bowl combine Cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese. Stir in mayonnaise until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into 9 x 13 inch log wrap in airtight plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 or 4 hours. Makes 1 log.
