PUMPKIN BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, soft
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. nuts, chopped

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat 2 minutes. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. orange extract (orange juice to thin)

Mix together and spread on bars.
