HAM BAR-B-Q FOR A CROWD 
70 lbs. thinly sliced boneless ham
4 lbs. brown sugar
3 to 4 gallons tomato sauce
1 gallon pickle relish
1 to 2 cups lemon juice
1 to 2 c. Worcestershire sauce

Combine: brown sugar, tomato sauce, relish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce in large kettle. Heat thoroughly. Add ham. Cook until heated. Serve on hamburger buns.
