FRUIT TART
CRUST:

3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

VANILLA FILLING:

10 oz. pkg. Hershey's vanilla chips
1/4 c. whipping cream
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

FRUIT TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Assorted fresh fruit

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy; blend in flour. Press mixture onto bottom and up sides of 12" pizza pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned; cool completely.

Melt vanilla chips and whipping cream in microwave until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Beat in cream cheese. Spread on cooled crust. Cover and chill.

In saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in juices. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened; cool. Slice and arrange fruit on top of filling; pour juice mixture over fruit.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
