CHILI RELLANO CASSEROLE 
10 oz. Jack cheese, grated
10 oz. cheddar, grated
1 lg. can whole roasted chilies

Mix well: 4 eggs 1 can evaporated milk

Grease 7 x 11 inch cake pan. Dust with flour. Alternate layers of cheese and chilies, ending with cheese. Pour milk/egg mixture over all layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with cornbread and salad.
