ZUCCHINI BARS 
3/4 c. butter Crisco
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. dates
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. coconut
2 c. zucchini, grated

Cream first five ingredients together; add flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Add dates, coconut, raisins and zucchini.

Bake in 10 x 15-inch greased cookie pan at 350°F for 25 to 35 minutes.

Frosting:

1 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. nuts

Mix and spread on bars.
