THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING 
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of paprika
Dash red pepper
2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 sm. can pimiento, finely chopped
1 sm. onion, finely grated
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish, drained

Beat eggs until thick, add mustard, salt, sugar, vinegar, paprika, red pepper. Gradually add salad oil (almost drop by drop at first) beating constantly, until oil is used and dressing is thick. Gradually add catsup. Add pimiento, onion and relish and stir. Store in refrigerator several hours before using. Makes 1 quart.
