EASY NOODLE SALAD 
1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine or linguine noodles
Salad oil
1 bunch green onions
1/2 lb. mushrooms
4 med. sized carrots
3 celery stalks
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Prepare noodles as label directs; drain. Place noodles in large bowl. Toss with 2 tablespoons oil; set aside.

Cut onions into 1 inch pieces, thinly slice mushrooms, cut carrots and celery into thin strips. Cook in oil 3 minutes. Add to noodles. Add soy sauce. Toss. Makes 8 servings.
