EASY QUICK PIGS 
2 1/2 lbs. med. cabbage, chopped up
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. lean ground beef, browned
2 to 3 med. onions, diced
1/2 c. raw rice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. tomato soup with 1 1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. brown sugar

Shred cabbage and place in bottom of casserole dish 9 x 13 inches (1 thick layer). Brown ground beef with onions. Layer cabbage, raw rice and ground beef. Mix brown sugar in tomato soup and pour generously over all. Yield: a 9 x 13 inch full pan.
