CASSEROLE ITALIANO 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. water
2 c. wide noodles
1/2-1 c. shredded cheese

In skillet brown beef with onion and seasonings. Spoon off fat. Combine in 1 1/2-quart casserole with soup, water and noodles. Place cheese around edge of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
