COTTAGE CHEESE PATTIES 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1 med. onion, diced fine
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted corn oil butter

Combine all ingredients and form into patties. Brown lightly. Place into casserole and cover with sauce made from. 1/2 soup can milk

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
