CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 (4 serving) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (2 layer) pkg. chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl; then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan 15 minutes; remove from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
