HEALTHY RYE SANDWICH 
2 piece of rye bread
3 slices of tomatoes
2 slices of cheese (Irish cheese is best cheddar)
A few pieces of fresh lettuce
3 slices cooked bacon
2 sliced pieces of artichoke

Take one piece of bread, than put on one slice of artichoke with cheese on top. After, put on fresh lettuce and 2 slices of tomatoes. 2 pieces of bacon than the last slice of tomatoes. Take the other slice of artichoke and put on top. Put the last piece of bacon on top. At last, put on the last piece of rye bread.

Makes 1 sandwich.
