FRUIT PIE DELUXE 
PASTRY:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Mix together. Press into pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees until brown lightly. Cool.

1 qt. fresh fruit (strawberries, blackberries, peaches)
1/2 pkg. similar flavored Jello

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. light syrup

Let come to boil and cook until clear. Remove from heat, add Jello. Cool slightly. Add fruit and coat well. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
