FRIED OYSTERS 
3 lb. oysters
2 c. cracker crumbs meal
6 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Wash oysters in cold water well. have cracker crumb meal ready. Dip oysters in eggs, then in crumbs, back in eggs. Roll in crumbs, then fry. Add eggs and crumbs according to oysters you have. Serve on plate. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6 to 8.

NOTE: Tomato catsup or Tabasco sauce are fine on oyster if you wish the sour taste.
