FRIED OYSTERS 
1 pt. lg. oysters
1/2 sleeve crackers (crushed)
1 egg (beaten)
Vegetable oil for frying

Dip oysters in cracker crumbs then beaten eggs then back into cracker crumbs. Heat oil until bubbly then turn heat down to medium. Fry until brown on both sides. Place on paper towel to drain oil, then remove paper towel and top oysters with a little catsup.

This is a wonderful recipe and so easy. The taste is unbelievable. My husband had eaten fried oysters before and didn't like them. After eating them using this recipe he always wants more.
