POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cooking oil

Cook meat and onion until meat is brown; drain. Add tomato paste, oregano, 3/4 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Transfer to 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Top with pepper and Mozzarella cheese.

Beat together eggs, milk, flour, and oil until smooth; pour over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Cut into wedges. Serves 8.
