BEEF BARBECUE 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. chuck
1 onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sweet relish

Cook chuck in small amount of water and salt until tender. In saucepan, saute onion in butter. Then add other ingredients. Add meat, shredded and small amount of broth. Simmer 10 minutes and adjust to taste. In crock pot, add all ingredients at once. Cook on low for about 6 hours. Very good made in crock pot.
