HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 Lipton's onion soup mix
1 Wishbone Russian dressing
1 jar apricot preserves (sm. size)
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
Garlic, Accent
Shredded coconut

Season chicken with garlic and Accent. Mix together onion soup mix, Russian dressing and apricot preserves. Pour over the chicken.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Add the pineapples for the last 20 minutes. Add the coconut just before serving.
