1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 box butter cake mix 1 stick melted butter 2 cans peach pie filling (or any flavor) 1 c. chopped pecans Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour pineapple with juices in the pan. Pour and spread pie filling over pineapples. Sprinkle cake mix over pie filling and top with pecans. Pour melted butter over the top. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Delicious when topped with ice cream. Variation: Can substitute any fruit pie filling - cherry, apple, or peach. |
