1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 can fruit pie filling - cherry, apricot or peach
1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
1 3/4 sticks butter, sliced thin
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Place each ingredients as listed in ungreased 9 x 13 inch dish. Do not mix in any way. Cover with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
