HAMBURGER HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
Onions, sliced or diced
Carrots, sliced or diced
Potatoes, sliced or diced
2 c. tomato juice or vegetable soup
1/4 c. raw rice (optional)
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger. Add salt and pepper. Add layers of vegetables. Add tomato juice. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. May add raw rice over meat.
