BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. white sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. sour cream 1/2 c. nuts Melt butter in heavy pan. Add brown sugar and heat to boil. Add white sugar and sour cream. Cook over low heat stirring until sugar dissolves and soft ball stage (238 degrees) obtained. Cool to room temperature without stirring. Beat in nuts and vanilla. |
