JOE'S ROAST & GRAVY 
4-5 lb. lean roast
5 cloves garlic
Onions, salt & pepper to your taste

Stick garlic cloves into meat, rub salt and pepper into meat. Cover and cook slowly in oven at 300 degrees for about 3-4 hours. If you cook too fast you may have to add more water. Keep the lid tight. If you have to add more water only add 1 cup at a time. I use the juices from the cooking for gravy. Thicken it with flour. It is good over rice.
