TATO TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Hungry Jack Potato Flakes
8 oz. sour cream
2/3 c. water

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. taco sauce (use taco seasoning packet follow its directions)
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. crushed tortilla chips

Mix crust ingredients together. Press crust into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Meanwhile brown ground beef, drain. stir in taco sauce, heat. Combine meat and cheese, spread over baked crust. Put topping on in order listed. Make 4 to 6 servings.
