1 lb. hamburger
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg
12 soda cracker squares, crushed
1/4 c. chopped green olives (optional)
4 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients, except potatoes and cheese, and shape as pie crust in pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Pour off any fat from the hamburger.

Fill with prepared hot mashed potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Broil until light brown.
