1 lb. cake 1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained (save for Jello) 1 lg. strawberry Jello 1 lg. custard (or vanilla) instant pudding Cool Whip topping In a large glass bowl (so you can see how pretty it is) line bottom and sides (1/2 way) with pound cake. Cover with drained fruit cocktail. Mix Jello as directed using the juice from the fruit cocktail instead of water. Pour over fruit cocktail and pound cake, let set. Prepare pudding and spread over Jello (after it has set); let pudding set. Then spread on whip topping and garnish with sprinkles (optional). Great any time. Keep refrigerated. |
