SAUSAGE SUPPER 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. oregano
1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomato
1 can biscuits
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese

Brown 1 pound sausage and 1/2 cup onion. After browned, put in casserole dish and add garlic, basil, flour, chopped tomato, and oregano; mix well. Place on top 1 can of biscuits cut in quarters and sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese over the biscuits. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
