EASY BAKE HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. pkg. hash browns
1 stick butter
1 pt. half and half
2 tbsp. milk
6 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Spread hash browns in a greased glass baking pan. Slice butter and place evenly over potatoes. Pour half and half and milk over the potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over the top and add salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
