CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. cranberries
1 orange
1 apple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Freeze and grind cranberries so as not to lose juice. Peel and grind up apple and orange. Mix Jello according to package directions, then add sugar. When Jello starts to congeal, add orange, apple, pineapple, cranberries; mix well. Congeal. You can also add nut meats, if desired.
