RICE-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Butter
1 c. rice
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
Paprika

Saute onion and celery in butter. Cook rice and broccoli separately according to package directions. Add onion and celery to broccoli; add soup and Cheez Whiz. Place rice in buttered casserole. Pour vegetable mixture over rice and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. May be prepared day or two ahead and warmed before serving. Yield: 8 servings.
