REFRIGERATOR CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 pie crust, prepared
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
Whipped cream, as needed

Melt and blend together chips, milk and sugar over hot water. Cool. Add egg yolks one at a time beating well after each. Add vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into pie shell and chill several hours. Garnish with whipped cream.

Note: Use 6 ounce bag of chips with 8-9 inch pie crust or 12 ounce bag with 10- 12 inch crust.
