STUFFED SHELLS 
Jumbo shells, cooked
1 lb. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
10 oz. frozen spinach
Ragu spaghetti sauce

Brown ground beef, steam spinach, add cooled spinach to cheese filling. (Beat eggs, mix in cheeses for filling.) Add drained ground beef to Ragu, heat. Pour some sauce in 9x13 inch pan to cover bottom. Drip dry shells and stuff. Pour remaining sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
