SHRIMP OVER WHITE RICE 
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 tomatoes
Sm. amount butter
Garden peas
Whole kernel corn
Okra

Cook white rice. Saute green pepper, red pepper, onion and tomatoes 5 to 8 minutes. Add shrimp; simmer 5 minutes. Season to taste. Use garden peas, corn and okra for variety.
