EGG AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
1 lb. pork sausage
8-10 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and drain on paper towel. Mix all other ingredients together. Spread sausage in 13 x 9 inch pan (I spray with oil), then pour remaining ingredients on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.

For best results, combine ingredients the night before, refrigerate the casserole and bake the next day.
