QUICK CHICKEN PIE 
4 c. bite-size pieces LaLoma Meatless Fried Chicken
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1 env. G. Washington powder
2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter, melted

Arrange chicken in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish; mix soup and milk; pour over chicken. (Heat oven to 350 degrees.) Precook the frozen vegetables slightly. (I place frozen packages right in the microwave for about 8 minutes); pour vegetables over the top of the chicken and soup.

Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add buttermilk and butter; stir to make a thin dough. Pour evenly over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered until bubbly and crust is brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
