BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 pkg. white sauce mix
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes

Steam or boil broccoli until tender. In soup pot, prepare white sauce mix, per instructions on package. Add Rotel to white sauce. Add 2 cans cheddar cheese soup. Stir mixture until cheddar cheese soup completely melts. Remove broccoli to a plate, cut into pieces. Add to soup mixture. Ready to serve or refrigerate and reheat next day.
