ARLENE'S LEMON DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sm. frozen lemonade

Grind the Ritz crackers, reserve a few for the top and mix the rest with the powdered sugar and the butter. Pat into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the crumbs, then top with the reserved crumbs. Chill. This does freeze well.
