SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. rose wine
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 or 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Saute onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic in oil until soft. Sprinkle with parsley, oregano, basil, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste and 6 ounces of water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and add wine, salt and pepper. Allow to simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
