SAUSAGE STUFFED POTATOES 
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 lg. potatoes, baked
1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add green pepper and onion; cook until tender. Cut lengthwise, slice from top of each potato, scoop out centers leaving 1/8 inch shell.

Mash potatoes and add milk. Beat lightly until fluffy, stir in meat mixture and cheese. Fill shells and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serves 6.
