EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. flour
Nutmeg

Mix sugar, flour and melted butter. Add beaten eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. This is Amy's favorite pie.
