POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. container sour cream
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 stick butter, melted

Place chicken in bottom of 13-inch casserole dish. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Crush crackers and poppy seed. Sprinkle over chicken. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. This is good served with green beans.
