GRANDMA'S ICE BOX ROLLS 
2 pkg. dry yeast
2/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. sugar & 1 tsp.
1 tbsp. salt
5 c. plain flour

Dissolve 2 packages dry yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in 2/3 cup warm water. Combine 2/3 cup Crisco, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon salt in mixing bowl and pour 2/3 cup boiling water over it. Stir until melted. Add yeast mixture and 2 well beaten eggs. Mix well. Stir in 5 cups plain flour (sifted) and mix well. Put dough in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Make out rolls and let rise 2 hours, before baking. Bake 15-20 minutes in hot oven, 374-400 degrees.
