2 to 3 c. walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1 egg white

Beat egg white until stiff. Add sugar and cinnamon, mix together. Fold in whole nuts until well coated. Spray cookie sheet and place nuts on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees until brown. Toss often while baking.
