HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 c. croutons
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped or slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup croutons and cheese. Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining croutons and cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes. Double recipe for 9 x 13 inch pan.
