MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN POT

1 chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
2 c. reserved chicken broth
1 stick melted butter
1 c. self-rising flour

Cook chicken (boil) until tender, remove from bone. Cut and place pieces in a 13x9 dish.

In a saucepan mix and bring to a boil broth and soup. In another bowl combine butter, flour and milk. Mix thoroughly to form batter. Pour broth mixture over chicken. Pour batter over top, spread evenly. Bake 425 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Delicious and easy.
