TAPIOCA PUDDING 
1 c. tapioca (Pearl), soaked overnight
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. dates (cut up)
1/2 tsp. salt
Milk

Drain tapioca and mix with remaining ingredients. Add milk as pudding thickens. This will take 1 quart of milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more.
