FRUIT TAPIOCA PUDDING 
6 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello
1 c. fruit (your choice but Jello and fruit should go together)
3/4 c. tapioca (pearl)
1 c. sugar

Boil water; add tapioca. Boil 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Add Jello and sugar. Stir until the Jello dissolves. Add fruit. Refrigerate until thick (overnight is best).
